Alex J. Farling

MANAGING / FOUNDING PARTNER

Alex is a long time resident of Delaware with 15+ years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to Delaware Micro, Alex worked as a Corporate Trainer for Client Logic, educating technicians to take inbound support calls for Dell home user support.

As managing partner, Alex heads up Operations and Sales while guiding the company’s growth and strategic direction.

David Crown

SR. NETWORK ENGINEER / CTO

Started with Delaware Micro-Computer in 2004, Dave has been a thought leader in creating the technology solutions and best practices that are the backbone of the service we provide. Dave has 15+ years as a Network Administrator, managing high security Enterprise environments.
Dave is responsible for solutions design and architecture, product research and development, and the training of Delaware Micro’s service delivery staff. He holds industry certifications including CCNA and MCSE.

Ross Crane

TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

Ross has worked for Delaware Micro since 2007, and moved into the role of Technical Account Manager in 2015. Prior to Delaware Micro, Ross worked for Delaware.net in the role of Network Engineer. With 15 years in the industry, Ross has the experience necessary to assess client needs and recommend the right solution to provide their business with exceptional results. As a Technical Account Manager, Ross assumes the role of Customer Advocate, ensuring that client satisfaction is always a top priority.

Ronald Pritchett

NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR / PROJECT MANAGER

Ron came onboard with Delaware Micro in 2009 as a Service Technician before being promoted to the position of Helpdesk Manager. Currently, as the technology threat landscape continues to evolve, Ron is currently spearheading the project management division of the company, ensuring that clients meet ever-changing security best practices, and that client’s projects are delivered on time and on budget, while simultaneously meeting customer expectations.

Amber Layton

SERVICE COORDINATOR

Amber came to Delaware Micro in 2013, with an extensive work history in the customer service industry. Amber is responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service at all times. She oversees the entire Customer Experience when dealing with Delaware Micro’s Service Delivery team and is also responsible for dispatching and scheduling of our service delivery team resources.

Seth Elmer

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Seth started at Delaware Micro in 2014, while studying Computer and Network Security at Wilmington University. With advanced skills in Windows Server, network firewalls, switching and routing, Seth assists our clients via the Delaware Micro helpdesk and provides both remote and onsite support for our growing SMB client base.

Andrew Singh

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Andrew came to Delaware Micro from another local IT service provider in late 2014. Since joining the team, Andrew has provided an exceptional level of service to Delaware Micro’s clients – both commercial and residential. He brings with him 4+ years industry experience and an Associate’s degree in Computer Networking from Delaware Technical Community College.
